To prepare me for a research paper, I read What is Positive Psychology & Why is it Important? (Positive Psychology Program), Greater Good in Action: Science-Based Practices for a Meaningful Life (UC Berkeley’s Project Home Page), and Three Good Things (Greater Good in Action). Over the timeframe of a week, I tested out the “Three Good Things” project. I wrote down three positive things each day to help me focus on more positive moments.
